Professional Training and Workshops in Energy Work, Ritual, and Intuitive Practice
Professional training in energy work, ritual, and intuitive practice
These accredited trainings and immersive days are for people who want to build a grounded, usable practice in energy, ritual, divination and folk magick.
Across them, you learn how to work with real situations. That might be something in your own body that won’t settle, a client who keeps repeating the same pattern, a house that feels wrong to live in, or a place that holds something that hasn’t been resolved. You learn how to recognise what you’re dealing with and how to respond in a way that actually changes it.
You develop ways of reading what is present. This includes forms of divination alongside direct sensing, so you can understand what’s going on and know what to do with it, rather than guessing or following a script.
You learn how to use ritual when something needs to be shifted, released or brought into being. You practise how to create and hold it so that it has an effect. Folk magick is part of this, using simple practices rooted in the land and materials around you, so it becomes something you can use in everyday life as well as in your work with clients.
For those moving into practitioner-level work, this gives you a way of working you can take into sessions. You can work with individuals, with homes and spaces, and with the land itself, with a clear sense of what you are dealing with and how to approach it.
The immersive days are not demonstrations or introductions. You step into the work itself. Through ritual and practical processes, what is present is worked with as it arises, and things are allowed to move and resolve in real time. They give you a direct experience of what this is and what it does.
All sessions are taught directly by me, and I stay involved in how you’re applying what you learn. If something isn’t clear or isn’t working, we work through it until it does.
‘‘I am so grateful for this training. I would not have known where to start, or had the confidence to run my own circles or workshops, without it.’’

— Accredited Circle Facilitator DiplomaWhat Others Say
“I’m thrilled to share my experience of Helen’s mentorship. Before the training, I had always sensed there was more to what I was picking up, but didn’t have the understanding or structure to work with it.
Over the past 12 months I have become much more confident in trusting my intuition. Helen’s facilitation style is inspiring, encouraging me to develop my own unique approach. She generously shares her vast experience and knowledge, which was invaluable to me.’’
Kim Cooper
‘‘I didn’t entirely know what to expect from the Spirit Doll workshop, but what unfolded was far more than I imagined.
This wasn’t just a creative workshop. Something real moved, and it’s stayed with me, not just the doll, but how I relate to the work itself.’’

The Liminal Path
A one-year practitioner mentorship in energy, ritual, seership and working with the spirit of land & place
This work sits within the old ways.
It is rooted in relationship with land, lineage and the spirit that runs through both. It draws on Celtic folk magick practices that are lived and worked with - rather than just studied or repeated.
Over the course of the year, you develop a way of working that’s deeply practical, personal and that you can actually use.
Many people who come to this will already have done serious work. You may be a counsellor, therapist, healer, reader, space holder, or someone with years of personal spiritual or therapeutic experience behind you.
You may already work with tarot, energy healing, shamanic practice, psychic protection, or ritual in some form, and still feel that something is missing.
Often, what’s missing isn’t another technique. It’s a practice that feels rooted, embodied and your own. Something that draws from the older ways of this land, particularly Brythonic and Celtic folk traditions, and gives you a way to work with energy, spirit, place, ritual and magick without feeling as though you are borrowing from somewhere you don’t belong.
There can be grief in that. The grief of disconnection. The grief of being spiritually sensitive inside structures that feel too tight, too clinical, too polite, or too severed from the living world. This mentorship gives that grief somewhere to go, and from there, something else can begin to take form.
Over the year, you develop a practice that is fully your own. You learn how to recognise the energy you are meeting, whether that is something held in the body, something repeating in a client, something unsettled in a home, or something held in the land.
And you learn how to work with it so that it can shift, settle or be cleared where needed.
You develop ways of seeing clearly when something needs to be understood. This includes working with divination and Celtic seership practices together, so that you are not relying on guesswork. You learn how to read what is present, how to follow it, and how to know what to do with what you are shown.
You work with ritual in a practical way. You learn how to create and hold it so that something can move, be released, or be brought into being. None of this is theoretical. You’re supported as you feel what it does and you learn how to use it when it matters.
Folk magick is part of this. Simple, direct practices rooted in the plants, seasons, thresholds, hearths, waters and weather of this land. You learn how to work with them for yourself, and how to shape that work for clients in a way that is grounded, ethical and alive.
You spend time working on the land, because the spirit of place is central to this mentorship. You learn how to recognise what is present in a place, what has been left behind, what has become disturbed, and what needs tending.
This also opens into healing hearth and home, working with homes, spaces and the people connected to them.
You are introduced to working with ancestors in a way that is steady and contained, and you understand how that sits within the wider work.
As the year moves on, the work deepens. You begin to recognise patterns more quickly, to trust what you are seeing, and to work with it without hesitation. Things begin to shift more readily, both in yourself and in the people you work with.
There is depth to this. At times things shift quickly and at other times they take longer. It can be confronting - and it can also bring a level of relief and clarity that people don’t expect until they experience it.
By the end of the year, you have a way of working that is your own. You are able to use it for yourself and with others, and you are not relying on following someone else’s method. You know how to meet the energy that is in front of you and work with it until something changes.
This is practitioner-level work and it is accredited for those who want to take it into professional practice.
It is my flagship programme.
The next intake begins in February 2027. Registration opens in June 2026.

FAQs
Are your courses accredited?
All professional training programmes are fully accredited through the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), and recognised as high-quality, ethical practitioner pathways.
I’m not sure if I want to practice professionally. Can I still attend?
Absolutely. Many people join for personal healing, intuitive and magickal development, or simply to reconnect with themselves. You don’t need to want a career as a healer or psychic to benefit.
Where are your courses held?
Currently, all practitioner-level training and in-person immersive days are held in Looe in East Cornwall.
Practitioner-level training may also include supportive, online sessions to deepen the work. These are held via Zoom. Interest-level workshops may have Zoom-only options.
Please see my Eventbrite page for full details of current courses, workshops and immersive experiences.
What kind of support do I get during your programmes?
In addition to in-person training days, all professional programmes include online community support, and live Zoom sessions & replays. Questions are always welcome, either in the online community or at the start of group Zoom sessions, and you will be fully supported as you transition from student to practioner.
Full details of the exact support you’ll receive in each programme is available via Eventbrite on the individual event pages.
Optional 1-1 mentoring and supervision are also available at an additional cost.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Interest-free payment plan options are available on many of my longer courses. Please enquire for details before booking.
Alternatively, Eventbrite also offer the option to pay in three instalments via Paypal or Klarna. To choose this option, select Paypal as your payment method and check the ‘pay later’ box at checkout. You will need a personal PayPal account to benefit from this service.
How do I know if this is the right option for me?
This is such an important question. Ultimately, it comes down to looking closely at the course you’re drawn to and how it’s structured, taking into account what other people have said, and trusting your instincts. And if you still have questions, feel free to get in touch. I’ll be happy to answer them.
