I’ll come straight out with it - most highly sensitive people are taught to mute, suppress, or doubt their intuition. But the truth is, your sensitivity isn’t a weakness - it’s your greatest power.

I know this because, for over twenty years, I tried to suppress mine. No matter how hard I pushed it down, my intuition had other plans. After a life-changing illness in my mid-twenties, everything cracked wide open, and I was forced to stop running from my gifts and start owning them.

Fast forward to today, and I now help highly sensitive people, healers, and intuitives unravel the layers of energetic conditioning, develop deep self-trust, and master their natural psychic and energy-healing abilities.

I’ve spent decades immersed in spirituality, energy healing, and trauma-informed healing practices , holding professional qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Energy Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Trauma-Informed Coaching, Naturopathic Nutrition, and Reiki Master-Teacher Training.

My work has been featured in Spirit & Destiny magazine, and in 2014, I received an Inspiring Human Potential Award. Over the past 18+ years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients worldwide, and have undertaken work in formal settings, including in Domestic Violence services and rehabilitation centres for people with brain and spinal injuries.

But beyond the titles and experience, I’m really just a neurospicey spiritual renegade, kitchen witch, and energy alchemist with a foot in each world.

My approach is deeply intuitive yet grounded in evidence-based modalities, blending the mystical with the practical.
